Shareholder Communications Options
As a result of recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), arrangements for how AUCloud Shareholders receive communications will change.
AUCloud advises that physical meeting documentation will no longer be sent, unless a shareholder specifically requests a mailed copy.
We encourage all AUCloud shareholders to provide an email address to ensure we can communicate with you electronically to advise when shareholder notices are available online and for access to meeting documents and annual reports.
A shareholder can make a standing election to receive some or all of their communications in physical or electronic form. To review or update your current communication preference, simply log on to our

with your portfolio login details or your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN), and select the Communications tab at the top of the page.

- Review and update their contact details, communication preferences and payment instructions
- Provide their TFN and/or ABN
- View their holding details

You will need your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) to verify your identity. Your SRN/HIN is available on your holding/transaction and distribution statements.
